SMC - Sociedade Mineira do Cuango
Problem
an alluvial diamond miner in Lunda-Norte needed its own institutional presence, able to communicate its operation and its social and environmental commitments, and to be updated by the company itself without a developer in the loop for every news item.
Solution
a WordPress institutional site covering company profile, commitments, activities (mining, geology and prospection, metallurgy), multimedia, news and contacts, all managed through the CMS. My role: built the site, structured the content types and pages, and set up the back office so the team could publish on its own.
